What are your fees?
The charity operates on 0% fees, ensuring 100% of your donations go towards helping those in most need.

How do you pay for your admin costs and salaries?
All of the charity volunteers in the UK and abroad offer their services for free and do not take a salary. Admin costs are covered by other means, such as fundraising, kind donations and sponsorships from companies and individuals specifically made for admin costs. 

When do I receive the receipt for my donation?
The charity issues receipts as soon as the money has been deposited in the bank account. This applies to any amount of donations made in cash, cheque, standing order or direct debit.

Which countries are your projects running in?
Currently the charity is concentrating in the deprived regions of Syria, where the poor and needy are living in horrendous conditions and are desperate to receive as much help as possible. The wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine and Lebanon have caused a continuous influx of devastated orphans, widows and families and the poverty rate in Syria has been dramatically worsening.

How can I help or volunteer?
You can help by donating towards the projects and raising awareness of the charity amongst your family and friends. Get in touch with us if you are happy to distribute leaflets. If you will be travelling to Syria or Iran, you can help us by using some of your luggage allowance to take clothes, toys or gifts for the orphans and needy who are always waiting for some to arrive. The charity values all the help it can receive.
